Wholesome House Rentals

I'm both owner and landlord. I live in town, and I'm highly accessible. I will maintain a positive relationship with you, and be available to resolve any issues that might arise with the house. I come by occasionally to care for the grape vine that is growing up to the front balcony. I may perform regular maintenance, yard work, and groundskeeping on the property, but you will also be responsible for keeping the yard looking good. I'll cover water, gas, electricity, and garbage.
