There are several files you may wish to review. I include here a brief description of each and its relation to the others. This page is just a summary, and not a legal document itself.

You will have to fill out and sign the application, and submit it with $25, at or after the initial interview. Signing that document indicates that you have received and read the criteria for residency, and that I can have someone gather the information needed to judge those criteria. It involves a background check and a credit check, among other things.

Before you get the keys and move in, you will have to sign the agreement (while giving me $2500). I strongly recommend you read this document. It indicates that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by it, the recorded agreements (which run with the land), and the house rules.

The only one of these that you are not required to read is the flowchart. It may be the most useful of them all as you go through this process, in that it describes this whole process with nifty boxes and arrows, arranged according to who does what, in what order.
